MORNING WALK

finally i managed to finish a 30 minutes morning walk today. it's the first time since i was diagniosed with heart problem. i make it a point to walk every morning, starting with a 10 minutes round gradually increasing at 5 minutes interval. 1 consider my morning walk as one of my medication and must do it without fail.

i walk around my block, the parking place at KIAS and up to the YIK office. buat masa ini nak beli treadmill rasa macam membazir je, takut jadi tukun kat rumah.

alhamdulillah my chest pain is reduced for daily normal activities, unless i exert too much such as carrying my grand daughter up and down the staircase, or too much excitement with friends. my GTN stock is still plenty and hope I hope would need it less and less as day goes by.
