ANTICIPATING!!!!!

these are the three supermini-shortlisted cars recommended by a survey in the internet.

the kelisa is no more in production, but a few friends recommended this model, because of low fuel consumption and within my budget ~ RM20,000.00, but it's asecond hand.

this is the best car featured at RM41,800 after promotions and discounts, which is beyond my budget. it has all the features of a dream car. Naza Picanto, fully imported.

and finally the perodua viva, which is RM36,500 OTR, its a new car, as a second hand car is almost non existent in kota bharu, but then it will be a second viva which bring no thrills at all, as the present car is also a viva.

all the three models meet my minimum requirement that is, small, easy to handle and manage, power steering and automatic transmission.

insyaAllah, I will istikharah again tonight, for guidance.

Minggu ni memang hectic sikit, sambutan maulidur rasul dipersekitaran kampung, kematian dan program2 koperasi dan muslimat dan akan bertambah hectic dengan menjelangnya PRU13.

masalahnya??? family ada sebuah kereta dengan tiga orang pemandu dewasa.

bayangkanlah....

the man of the family is busy memanjang on and off, the second man baru seminggu busy dengan berjalannya projek batanya di Labok dan akan berterusan sehingga 10 bulan lagi. so mana ada peluang lagi bagi orang ketiga nak menggunakan kereta....

so anyone out there nak sponsor/bantu beli a second car for my own personal use???? tak apa 10sen/20sen diterima.... niat fi sabil lilllah, pahala jihad tau, kalau tak cukup untuk beli kereta, boleh untuk sewa kereta pun tak apa...

kalau tak boleh bantu dengan material, bantulah dengan do'a.

wow!!! it had been a long day today:

enough of of FB, wondering from blog to blog, had taken nap twice, after fajr prayer and after breakfast, answered all my emails and managed to prepare a simple lunch by 3.00 pm.

thinking of going to "popular" this afternoon, but then am had booked the only car earlier, so I did a 30-minutes walk on the treadmill. Baru berpeluh.

Looking foward attending a program at Perdana Resort tomorrow, and the speaker is supposed to be well-versed in the subject and a very popular among tv viewers. they mentioned a name, but my mind did not register, either i'm "ketinggalan zaman" or he is not so much of a celebrity to me.

the speaker was Prof Madya Dr. Abu Hassan Hasbullah. he is one of the panel judges for program 'Pilih Kasih' which I did not follow. and that was the first time I met him.

the content of the program was supposed "kerashsian negara' so full stop here....

hope to get a good night sleep tonight.

BOOK FOR FEBRUARY 2011

That's the title of the book that I've read this month. taking the challenge from one speaker in a seminar i've attended end of last year. He said the average Malaysian read seven books a year, and average Kelantanese read four books a year.

so far I've finished reading four books, two novels one in bahasa melayu, and two non-fiction.

Chinese new year holidays dah lepas, minggu depan cuti maulidur rasul pulak....

january 2011 juga dah lepas, februari pun hampir setengah bulan, bila nak start praktikal peguam syarie ni?. rasanya sekarang lebih selesa ambil tempahan brownies dari mengadap hakim mahkamah syariah. lagipun tidak terdesak sangat, makan cukup, tidur cukup, tempat tinggal selesa, anak2 semua sudah ada income sendiri ... tapi sayang juga sijil dah ada, kalau tidak diamalkan nanti lupa pula.

CHINESE NEW YEAR (CNY) 2011

Happy chinese new year to all my Chinese friends. I'm sorry I cannot make it to the CNY gathering at Landmark Hotel on the third day of Chinese new year.

if you think of CNY, it mean mandarin oranges and holidays.

Zahid is arriving this afternoon,

Ati will arrive tomorrow at noon and

Ayen on the CNY day itself at noon

and the refrigerator and freezer are well stock to the brim for them to concoct meals and snacks during the holidays..

and all of us will depart from Kota Bharu heading Kuantan and then Kuala Lumpur on sunday 6th of February.

that's the plan.. insyaAllah

PAU KACANG

PAU LAGIII.....

hari ini mengadun lagi 500gm tepung untuk pau kacang. tiga hari lepas sudah pun mengadun 500gm tepung hongkong untuk pau kacang juga, tetapi hasilnya memang tidak puas hati, boleh jadi tepung yang digunakan sudah usang tetapi belum melebihi tarikh luputnya, atau masa memeramnya tidak cukup tempohnya. jadilah pau itu yang berwarna kekuningan, berat dan kurang kelembutannya. lagipun memang lama dah tak buat pau ni, maka sebab itulah dia meragam.

pau hari ini memang lembut, ringan dan putih sikit. hari ini menggunakan tepung pau sahaja yang harganya kurang dari separuh dari harga tepung hongkong. juga dalam pembuatannya ada kelainan sikit daripada biasa, biasanya menggunakan yeast segera, tetapi hari ini menggunakan ibu roti kering, yang tersalah beli di Mekah. ingatkan yeast segera, bila diamati betul2 rupanya yeast kering. nampak sangat buta hurufnya......

bahan2nya:

500 gm tepung pau

75 gm gula

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp double action baking powder

2 tsp ibu roti

20 gm shortening

300 gm air suam

1/2 tsp garam

1.2 tsp bread softener (ini pandai2 tambah sendiri)

300 gm inti kacang

caranya:

1. larutkan ibu roti dengan sebahagian dari 300gm air di atas, tabur sedikit tepung diatasnya dan biarkan berbuih

2. masukkan bahan lain kedalam mangkuk pengadun lalu masukkan campuran ibu rito dan uli dalam 10 minit, kelajuan sederhana, atau sehingga nampak licin dan lembut.

3. keluarkan dari mangkuk dan bahagikan kepada 30 biji pau kecil atau timbang 30 gm.

4. masukkan 1 tsp inti kacang dan tutup dan dilapik dengan kertas minyak.

5. bila habis semua, perapkan hingga naik, LEBIHKURANG 30 MINIT

6. kukus dalam air mendidih selama 15minit.
